We don't have suitable resources or support

The Asia Education Foundation (AEF), established by the Australian Government and supported by all State and Territory Governments, was set up in 1992 to support the development of studies of Asia and Australia in schools.

It offers:

  • practical advice for schools in setting up and developing studies of Asia and Australia
  • related high quality curriculum resources
  • relevant professional learning programs, available to all teachers
  • study tours and conferences in Asia, and
  • a web-based discussion group to help teachers with issues or problems.
