Stephen Collins

Stephen Collins studied Vietnamese at Victoria University in the late 1980s and then went on to do a Master of Arts thesis regarding written communication in Vietnam. He has recently returned to Australia after working in overseas development assistance projects in central Vietnam for approximately 4 years. He is married to a Vietnamese-Australian and is the father of two bi-lingual children.
