Student activities (based on Snapshots series)

  1. Favourite Fruit
    This sheet asks students to list the fruit from Snapshots of Asia Vietnam they wish to survey in the class. They are asked to display their results on the graph provided. The graph is a vertical bar graph.

  2. Quiz Activity Page
    This activity sheet should be given to students after they have completed the online quiz. The sheet restates the quiz fact file information and encourages students to use the Snapshots of Asia texts as reference books. The activities focus on developing comparative information and data about Vietnam, Australia and other countries featured in the Snapshots of Asia texts. The activities require students to write and draw to provide answers.

  3. Map of Vietnam
    This activity sheet should be completed by students who are familiar with Snapshots of Asia Vietnam and have some experience in drawing maps. The activity sheet requires students to draw a map of Vietnam, labelling cities and rivers.
