Delan began his banking career at Deutsche Bank Colombo in 1996 and also worked for ABN AMRO before migrating to Australia in 2007 where he now works for HSBC. During his time with these global banks he has had the opportunity to work across the Asian region, where he has built up lasting networks and has had first hand experience in international marketing.
