CrossCurrents: Discovering Civics and Citizenship in Our Region

CrossCurrents is a collection of readings and texts – visual and written – designed for use in History and SOSE areas related to civics and citizenship, studies of Asia, and values education. Events and themes are presented in a variety of Asian contexts, drawing on many different voices and a range of historical, geographical and cultural perspectives. These reflect the experiences of men, women and young people – from the past, from today, from across many Asian cultures, and from Australia.
