As part of Asialink, the Asia Education Foundation (AEF) equips educators and students with the intercultural learning and global perspectives to navigate a shared future with the Asia-Pacific. A key focus of AEF is to deliver informative resources, national and international professional learning, innovative programs and rich networks that connect Australian schools with over 20 countries across the Asia-Pacific.
The aim of AEF’s Professional Learning and Youth team is to engage school leaders, teachers and students to amplify their intercultural skills and mindsets through targeted programs and services.
Reporting to the Manager Education Design, the Professional Learning Coordinator is responsible for the design and delivery of teacher professional learning programs as a key component of the role, also incorporating the delivery of youth programs aligned with the Australian Curriculum. The role also has responsibility for the coordination of dedicated projects for key stakeholders. Tasks include program planning, resourcing, developing content, communicating with key stakeholders and funders, and supporting program evaluation.
