bio

Ruby is currently an Institutional Payments and Cash Product Manager for ANZ. She manages product strategy, development, sales initiatives, incidents and oversees day-to-day product operations. Her previous role was a Cross-border On-boarding Specialist where Ruby assisted Australian business/corporate customers with their banking requirements overseas and helped overseas company with their banking requirements in Australia. Ruby has both domestic and international experiences across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Taiwan, including consulting at KPMG. Ruby graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Arts (Japanese). She has studied on exchange at Keio University and Kyushu Women's University in Japan. She was the winner of Auckland City Council's Japanese speech competition and received the prize of travelling to Fukuoka as an ambassador to work with the local city council. Ruby has also completed a Graduate Certificate in Management at Melbourne Business School and is about to be CPA accredited. She is currently enrolled in the Masters of Business Administration program at the University of Sydney.
