bio

Seeyan is the Managing Director and Principal Legal Advisor at Asian Century Legal, an Asian expert legal advisory firm based in Sydney. She brings more than 10 years of international and Australian legal experience, specialising in all aspects of corporate advisory and commercial transactions. Prior to establishing Asian Century Legal, Seeyan had worked for international, top tier and boutique law firms and has acted as in-house legal counsel for clients. Seeyan holds Bachelor Degrees in Commerce and Law as well as post-graduate qualifications in Applied Finance and Investment and is a Certified Practising Accountant. She is an Executive Committee Member of the Australia China Business Council (NSW Branch) and an alumna of Asialink’s Leadership Program.
