'You' refers to the user of the AEF portal;
'Portal' is the AEF portal that you are currently using, but does not include websites to which the AEF portal has links;
'Content' is the content of the Portal that is visible through use of a web browser.
'We' or 'Us' means The University of Melbourne acting as the Asia Education Foundation.
Your use of the AEF portal is subject to the terms of use set out below ('Terms of Use'). Please read and ensure You understand the Terms of Use carefully before accessing, using or participating in the Portal and any Content We make available on any distribution website, such as iTunes U. By accessing, using or participating in these sites You signify you have read the Terms of Use and agree that You must comply with them. If You do not agree to comply with the Terms of Use, You must promptly exit all such sites. We reserve the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time and will publish such modified terms of use on the Portal. You agree to comply with any modifications that relate to the Terms of Use as and when they are published.

Unless indicated otherwise, intellectual property rights subsisting in the Content and the Portal are owned by Us.
With the exception of material on the Portal that is owned by third parties, You may, for non-commercial educational purposes only:
- reproduce and communicate the Content provided that You include the copyright notice © The University of Melbourne – Asia Education Foundation, 2014 (unless indicated otherwise) and any applicable acknowledgements; and
- adapt the Content provided that You acknowledge the source of the material as "The University of Melbourne – Asia Education Foundation" and any applicable acknowledgement.
Note:
- Content on the Portal that is not owned by Us can only be used in accordance with the specific terms of use attached to such Content (if any) or in accordance with the Copyright Act 1968 (Commonwealth of Australia). Any further use of such Content requires the prior permission of the copyright owner.
- content accessed via an external link from the Portal is not owned or controlled by Us and is subject to the terms of use of the external website.
Except as permitted by these Terms of Use or by law, You are not permitted to:
