School Business Partnerships

AEF school business partnerships provide the resources and opportunities for students to understand the importance of and develop their Asia skills, including their Asian languages skills. 

Asia Literacy Ambassadors lie at the heart of school business partnerships. Asia Literacy Ambassadors are people who have been influenced in their life and work by the Asian region and who demonstrate the practical knowledge and skills required to work in or with Asia and with Asian-Australian communities.

These skilled professionals have all agreed to volunteer their time to help inspire students, act as role models and invest their expertise in developing the next generation of the Australian workforce. They visit schools, host students at their workplace and take part in events in order to demonstrate to students how Asia skills enhance life and career choices.
