James is a Partner at Calibre One, a global boutique executive search firm, specialising in technology. Throughout his career, he has held various senior executive positions, as well as being a Partner of several firms, where he has advised on business strategy across the Asia Pacific region in many sectors. James is a native of the UK where he completed a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Chinese and Economics. Also a proud Australian, James has lived and worked in Shanghai for 15 years, speaking fluent Mandarin and some Shanghainese and Cantonese.
