Peter has over three decades of experience engaging with Japanese customers, including ten years living in Japan. His experience was gained through working in the service and consumer sectors where he researched, developed, tested and launched a range of services, products and brands. Peter studied Japanese in Kyoto, has a degree in Marketing, a Graduate Diploma of Education, and a Certificate of Teaching English to Adults. Peter graduated from the Asialink Leaders Program at the University of Melbourne, is the author of four books about Japan and is the CEO of JapaneseCustomer.com.
