Selvi is a lecturer, researcher and advisory consultant. She has over twenty years experience at senior management level working in both private and public sectors internationally and nationally. Selvi invests her current focus in organisations by assisting them to strategically manage their ageing and diverse workforce. Her research focus is in managing organisational knowledge for sustainability and competitive performance.
