bio

Kirsty was educated in South Australia where she trained as a primary school teacher. After 30 years of teaching, Kirsty joined Australian Volunteers International where she undertook various overseas roles from 2003-2009, including teaching English in China, working as Head of Boarding at an International School in India, and training English teachers in Vietnam. Kirsty's current role is as Program Coordinator for a joint program between Victoria University in Melbourne and Henan University in China.
